The majority of people diagnosed with DDNOS (especially DDNOS-1) experience dissociative amnesia. But note that over time most people diagnosed with DDNOS will prove to fit the criteria for DID. With publication of DSM-5 earlier this year, almost everyone diagnosed DDNOS-1 under DSM-4 would now fit the criteria for DID at the time of their initial diagnosis.
