Am I the most depressed person ever?

I think I might be. Other people get depressed too but I don't think it's as bad or long lasting for anybody else. I've had it my entire life, and I've had extreme kind where some days I can't even get out of bed kind for over 10 years. A lot of the time I feel physical psychosomatic pain all over my body. And I've been on different medications and in therapy the whole time but nothing works, nothing at all. I've got nothing. My life proves that even when you hit rock bottom you can keep sinking.

Are you trying a new mix of meds right now, are you still trying? You can't give up, please. There are people who wanted to end it all more than once and who tried to get better for even more than 10 years and they managed to do it. I will try to find someone who has a bit more experience with treatments and ask them to talk to you.

Jeez, I can relate to the psychosomatic pain. I've been severely depressed for many days now, and everything hurts on different levels.

I've dealt psychomatic pain as well but I never had severe depressions. Just mild bouts over the past 6 years.
