What's neopets? What do you mean all the other accounts get frozen too? How many different accounts do you have/need?

HI nightmare,

May i suggest you something or request for something? I think you become very stressed when things are not going well. This is quite meaningless for you. It is draining your energy and time too. So we just wanted to tell you keep your mind calm and this can help you. We are scolding or passing any comments towards you. But trying to help you. But with this attitude we are having difficulty.

Thank you.

Maybe you're doing something that is against the rules and are not aware of it?

You can always contact them and find out.

and all they put back to me is you were ignoring repeated warnings. Which is impossible because they never even gave me one warning and they freeze accounts that I haven't even used

Well you must have done something to get them to say that ... even if you over-looked it, or whatever... They wouldn't have just said it to you unless there was a reason, that site has a lot of members.
