Thank you for sharing the research. I have heard many times for years that fish oil is good for mood swings. It is also excellent for your heart.

Go seafood!

Here is a site with lists the EPA and DHA content of fish species if anyone is interested. (Salmon has a pretty high content--to back up what Jo said.)
