After being depressed quite severely just under a year ago I started to feel a lot better after psychologists help. But now I'm starting to feel more and more like I did before and don't feel as though I'm able to stop it. I don't want to feel like I did before, nobody does. I have no close ones to talk to and I just want to stop the feeling as I lost everything when I was depressed before.
What am I to do?

Was there something more than just a psychologist's help that you changed? Some of the things that can affect our mood are exercise, nutrition, exposure to sun, the way we talk to ourselves, and the quality of our sleep. It might help to look at these areas in your life and finding some small changes you can start making. It could help your mood.
Blame it on me, but know that I won't regret one iota.
