New here.questions about DP

hellow ,i have been suffering 2 years from many disorders and alot of mental helath illness.
i have never could get attention to my DP because my OCD is very strong which is not letting me to pay attention to it.accutaly ,everything that i gone do about it will just make me more anxious.
1.Does stopping gradually SSRI and SNRI can make DP stronger?
2.Stopping Clonex can make DP stronger?
3.does Serqouel XR can make DP stronger?
4.i know that alcohol and drugs will make DP stronger so i`m avoiding from those.
about food,every disorder has different reccomenditions about the diet ,but since im suffering from many disorders i dont think it matters.
basicly besides food ,alhocol and drugs,there are other reccomenedtions about things can make me have more De-Personaliziton?
5.Does stopping Stilnox(Zolpidem) can make DP stornger?
BTW ,im 20 years old.

I can't really answer any of your questions sadly, these are really the type of thing you should ask a doctor. Medications affect everyone differently, and interactions can cause unanticipated symptoms.

going very bad its getting worse everyday ..
i have alot of inside problems and "fuse" with my thinking and feeling...
donno what to do beside just wait and pray the medications will work...
