Has anyone here tried an NDMA agonist?

Since the state of depresonalization and derealization can be consistently and repeatbly induced by blocking NDMA receptors with drugs like ketamine(NDMA antagonists), has anyone tried to fix their condition via an NDMA agonist?

I can't really imagine how using an NDMA agonist would not work...
