What is my syndrome?

My social IQ is terrible. I don't care much about the future with the result that I'm chronically in financial strait; could be related to irresponsibility. I also have a perseveration/disinhibition where I'd write erotic short stories then I'd junk it as soon as I'm done writing it!

Is there such a thing as Phineas gage syndrome? It's definitely some frontal lobe defect. I was born a premature baby.
