Seems like from your post that your biggest reason for continuing to lie or lying to friends and parents in the first place is the fear of the consequences. You just have to realize that lies will only exponentially increase the negative impacts of what are going to or not going to day about whatever subject. The truth is usually the best policy and should be given greater weight than the lie in most situations. Tell your parents first is my suggestion. Your still a minor and your parents love you and will try their best to understand about the lies. Coming open to your friends is a different story but in the end it is better to admit your lies and deal with the consequences then to suffer any longer with any more of this anxiety and stress. Best of luck to you.

i understand where you are coming from and i know it must be so disgusting to you when you realize how much you are lying
YES u DO NOT need to tell them the truths BECAUSE the past is the past
this is something you need to remember - GOING FORWARD is the impt thing
going forward keep a small journal and jot down lies as u say them
or do a ten minute before bedtime reflection - how many lies have i said today?
ALWAYS ALWAYS hold yourself back BEFORE U TALK - if u are tempted to say something say it SLOWLY
e.g. did i lie about my homework or grades today - did i exaggerate
did i lie about my meals
REMEMBER going forward lie less each day with your affirmations 'i get more and more honest daily' and look in the mirror and tell yourself 'i love myself too much to lie any further'
remember DONT need to tell others and confess, JUST TELL YOURSELF going forward i resolve to be as honest a person as i can be
it takes time, but these baby steps will help you
