Compulsive Liar Here!

I am a 33 year old (turning 33 next month) wanting to change my life around. I am a compulsive liar. I am on the verge of ruining my relationshi[ with my girlfriend of over 1 year. We recently moved in together and I have been lying about everything and anything to her and my parents. I am completely lost and don't know what to do at this point. I have been lying to her and my parents for sometime and spending money uncontrollably on nonsense for the past couple of months. My lies have been so deep I have laid all the cards on the table and my loved ones still don't believe me. I am using this forum as a outlet for my issues to get some advice and guidance on how to proceed.
