DBT App for Android Phone

I just bought for about 7 dollars an application for my phone called DBT Self Help. I have an android smartphone so you can find it on Google Play. I am not sure if there is the same one available for IPhones or Blackberries. I got it about a month ago but wanted to see if it was worth it before I mentioned it here. (Didn't want people to waste their money if it was garbage). Well I have to say it is really helpful. It is divided into modules, skills, practice and crisis. You can 'list' skills you would like to work on and then look up just those skills you want to work on as opposed to having to look through all the skills. The only thing it doesn't have that I wish that it did is the daily homework sheet that is provided in group. I have found it really helpful as a reminder of what I learned in my group when I did it earlier this year. I find that when I do a group I always intend on continuing the skills that are learned during the group but soon after I am done the group I tend to 'forget' what was taught. So this is a good reminder as the application button is right there each time I open my phone. I look through it usually daily. It is a great way to pass time when you are in line somewhere or at a doctors office waiting. That is when I usually look through it. Anyways I thought I would tell you guys about it since I have found it useful. If anyone has any questions or want more detail about the app before having to buy it just PM me and I would be glad to give you any information that I can about it.
