well the guy i work with and i had a fight i regret what i said he wont talk to me, im close to losing employment i think and i went mental through msgs and i have slashed my arm open i may need stitches but i cant be ###$ going to the hospital i hope i die. Everything is bad.

It sounds as if this recently happened so lets not go making any hasty decisions...

I think the first thing you should do is assess the damage to your arm, and if you think you need stitches get to the hospital and get that taken care of.

The rest will work itself out, and you'll make far more better decisions once emotions die down.. The arm needs taken care of now though.

The problem is this... When emotions are high on your end and on his, things are going to be tense... It's not ALWAYS going to be tense, and once things calm down then you'll be able to approach him and apologize.

It's good that you called your mental health team....

Rebba, people say things in the heat of the moment that they later regret. I see no harm in waiting a few days and trying to message him then when emotions have died down.

How would he change his mind ? he would normally worry but he doesn't care.
