Paranoia *may trigger*

Postby Mavet » Sun Jul 08, 2012 3:45 am

It hardly ever happens anymore, but I still experience some relationship-centric paranoia. I don't want to be a creepy spy on texts or anything because I figure that I'm irrational, but GOD IT DRIVES ME CRAZY.

What do you do to keep control of yours?
We're all mad here.

Hahaha big time here. I'm not so good because I prematurely delete numbers and go cold around people only to have them wonder why I'm so up and down. In fact my ex-girlfriend was exactly like this and it put me through hell and I wonder how much $#%^ I put people through like this.

But sometimes I do this and it helps. I meet new people and keep myself busy reading non-trigger stuff, like history or philosophy. The more people in your life the more understanding and the busier you become. The more reading and other hobbies in your life, the more outlets to retire to and keep you busy when you get these paranoia thoughts. These tendencies kill budding and long standing relationships and its very important to delay them until the next morning, you often realize you were overanalyzing and overreacting and the other person still likes you.
