just as the tittle describes , bringing up all the crap (i guess this speeks for its self) making things worse? and if you have been through therepy, is it worthwile in the long run?

Yeah, my therapist is stereotype and isnt enough clever to help me...I m tired of serching the right dcotor or therapist. This SUCKS... Send me private message...

I don't actually have a problem with my therapist.
However, I recently started seeing a psychologist as well, and that's difficult. It's not so much the events that are brought up, it's the feelings I have about them and about myself. I don't really know if it will be worth it in the end, but I keep being told it will be, so I'm sticking with it for now.
One thing I'd suggest, is mentioning to your therapist how hard you're finding it and why. They might be able to slow down a little or help you figure out techniques to deal with what's being brought up.
