Glad to see that you are back. I know that the emptiness is sheer hell. Even if you have to come on here to help fill it, then do that, we are all here for you.

Kira, I love that you turned to ginger ale and chips, that is just completely brilliant.

Moomin, in my wildest dreams I cannot imagine ironing bedsheets.
I believe one writes because one has to create a world in which one can live. I could not live in any of the worlds offered to me —
I had to create a world of my own, like a climate, a country, an atmosphere in which I could breathe, reign, and recreate myself when destroyed by living.

This made me laugh! I can't imagine it either! But it is funny to picture.

MRG, hope you are continuing to feel better on the Lexapro. I remember liking it except that I had some sleep troubles on it. And good luck with DBT!

Hey you. Are you feeling any better these days?
This place is really great. I feel real emptyness as I have lost all the people I was once close to in one way or another. but reading the posts here I feel much less alone. My whole life I've felt like a freak.

Thank you very much. :)
Lexapro gives me sleep troubles too, so I take Ambien for sleep.
I'm very excited about DBT. My therapist seems really cool.
How are you today?

I know, right? I was that bored I had to do something, and then I discovered I like ironed bedsheets lol so I iron them these days. Plus I actually like ironing. Does that make me sound like a 1950's housewife?

Ha! I started ironing my husband's shirts this week. I cannot even begin to tell you how unlike me that is. Wow, are we 1950's housewives? I had imagined that I would be a rock star or at least a famous poet at this point in my life:)
