So.... well.... I have some REALLY great news... and I wanted to share :0)
So, I applied for this job as an executive assistant about a month ago, and didn't hear back. It's for a state-funded organization for troubled youth and families, and I got a call for an interview last Tuesday... and then got a call on Thursday offering me the job!! And at a $1 MORE than what they were originally offering!!!
So.... here is the big news with this - not only can I stop doing the customer service telemarketing job, BUT this job is my PATHWAY to get into grad school for my Master's in Social Work!!!
SO...... (and yes, I'm aware I'm overusing my "so's" today... my life is finally on the right path.
It's a great day!!! I can't wait to start my new job tomorrow!!!
YAY!!!! And, I have TRULY missed you all! It's been two weeks of hell working at 6:45AM at a job that's an hour away... do the math, I have been missing in action for the last two weeks :0(.
But, alas... I'm BAAAAAAAACK!!!

A sincere thank you Apoll!!! I've really missed you guys, and the support from forum. I'm glad to be going back into a regular job with regular hours, so that I can enjoy more free time and get back to my friends here :0). This place is really important to me :0)
