Yes, a lot of realisations, some more momentary, confusing, anger, resentment, pain, and some just not being able to look at things and make sense of them.
i thought of buying that schema therapy book, but thinking if just the basics of figuring out what i really think and feel are so difficult, maybe i shouldn't be trying at it quite yet or on my own. idk. but i can't guarantee/wait on NHS either...
