Relapsing. PLease talk to me

Postby ems » Fri Sep 23, 2011 2:35 am

Something triggered me and I am having a major attack. I had to leave my work study because I was starting to dissolve. I want to slash my flesh open and shove a nail in my head. I want alcohol and alot of it. I want relief and someone to hold me, but I feel so crowded and so alone. I am trying my best to stay calm and not relapse completely and do those bad things but its so hard. I took a xanax but I am scared. Please someone talk to me. On here, or on MSN or even on my phone. PLease.

Are you doing better today? Where you able to get any help? I hope that you have found some respite from the pain you were experiencing yesterday. Sending good thoughts your way.
I believe one writes because one has to create a world in which one can live. I could not live in any of the worlds offered to me —
I had to create a world of my own, like a climate, a country, an atmosphere in which I could breathe, reign, and recreate myself when destroyed by living.

Thank you so much for your replies, it means so much to me. I am sorry I didn't get back for a while.

I found someone to phone, an old friend from highschool who used to watch out for me when I was low. Between that and my xanax, I was calmed down.

I love you all.
