I'm starting the first lesson (it's a little confusing to get there)

I sent the guy that runs the website some praise because I really like his site. He wrote back the following:

"Hi (Atomic) - Thanks for your feedback. I believe BPD is a misleading diagnosis. A more accurate one is "Grown Wounded Child" (GWC)

Right on! Good find.

This approach to the disorder was instrumental in my recovery. highly recommend internalizing those concepts and working on the healing required. I read that website extensively before joining this forum.
