Hmm, for me... Dr. House

He's impulsive and reckless, and gives little thought to consequence. When consequence does arise, he weasles/manipulates his way out of it. He can't live with people, but he can't live without them either. He refuses to express emotions and hides them beneath a veil of sarcasm, humor, and cynicism. He's close to very few people, and is destructively clingy to those that he is (tries to sabotage his best friend's relationship, completely neglects privacy in search of "facts/evidence"), which to me demonstrates he's afraid of being abandoned though would never admit it. He shows little appreciation of the few relationships he does have until he loses or comes close to losing them. He doesn't trust anyone, and is of the belief that all people have self-serving motives for all of their actions (and so in turn, he only does things that serve himself). He's also not a stranger to the ideas of self-harm, addiction, and overdose.
Imo he's a bit of a mix between a Narc and a Borderline. While I'm only dx'd with the latter, I can definitely identify a lot with the character.
