Part of what I mean in the whole thing is that I was trying too hard to work on EVERYTHING that may be wrong with me instead of the important pieces first. I do say F IT to the whole kit n kaboodle as a whole because I was putting way too much pressure on myself. What I need to focus on particularly is really only a couple of things...why worry about the world when all I need to do is fix 1 or 2 things?

F*&K IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :P

Lol, i guess it depends how your issues work - if you can choose what to work on first, there is no harm in prioritizing, but sometimes we're not exactly 100% in control of "what comes up next". But if you are able to do that, sure you can choose what to work on when.
Pushing yourself too hard might only make you want to say F IT all that much more, lol give yourself a bit of space to breathe - and exist as a person not just a disorder too!
I found that pretty hard at times myself, would obsess over fixing everything. in my case i don't feel like that was necessarily a bad thing, cause it needed doing and i didn't feel like i was really ready to be a person in most ways, quite yet.
I think its about finding what works best for you.
