I'm sorry, was not ready to share and waiting for replies has only added to my anxiety.

Well it sounds like he has moved on or possible really is angry with you. I mean you totally have to do what is best for yourself of course. And if moving out was what was best for you at the time than good.
But a borderline will see that as extreme abandonment.( Which he already said) He probably wants to kill you too. I'm sorry I am not trying to be harsh but we are intense people with extreme emotions which I'm sure you already know of with the cutting and all that. So the reaction your getting I'd say is pretty typical.
I think you should look at this as a blessing. Your life is better with out him. Whoever he is with will just have to deal with the same $#%^ you did. Do you really want that all in your life again?
He needs to help himself.

Uh, might have to move on from this one. People with BPD can be very supportive, loving and all that, but the place he's in. . . . It seems like you're best to move on.
I'd go see a councilor too. I have a hunch you have some things to work through yourself.
BACK, BETTER THAN EVER, BUT WEARING A CLOAK OF LIGHT!
