James, you need to focus on something--you are all over the place. One way of going about it is making a single post and then keep editing it as new ideas pop into you head.

Anyway, stop making news threads and just focus on one--you could focus on this one, for example.

It seems to me that your BPD and ADHD play off each other and I reckon it's especially bad when you're in a 'state' of some sort? You seem to be in a state of dysphoria on steroids. Both your mood and thoughts are flying all over the place and to make matters worse the two sides are exacerbating each other.
