i have a stable psychiatrist! and hes rly chilled!

Hi, just wanted to apologise for my earlier posts, I have been in not a good way.

But today I met with my pdoc, and he is the one who is going to be dealing with my case
From now on, no more one off meetings with random doctors
And he had read my history!
So I didn't have to start from the beggining it was so nice and refreshing!

And also I got my counceling date through for next month finaly!
And I am being put on the steps cource for next month!
So its picking up.

I hope you are all well and finding a calm moment.

I'm so glad you found a good psychiatrist! Hopefully the improvement in mental health will be coming next. Let's all pray.

Thanks m I hope so too, he's just told me that I have depersonalization disorder so I'm all freaqued out atm but I guess it is going in the wright direction.
He has told me that he doesn't want me on any meds for 6 weeks because of my anxiety over meds and he thinks it will add to the disorder, I'm not shure how I'm going to cope but 1 day at a time I guess
