New Here

Well, I was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and eating disorder not otherwise specified the other day. I have mixed feelings on it. Like, I think, hey this really sounds like me, and at the same time have that is this for real? feeling. I guess I just wanted to talk to others about it. I'm not really sure. I just feel nervous I guess. Sorry for babbling so much. She wants me to go to DBT group and has put me on trazodone. Has anyone else been on trazodone? This has just got me questioning a lot of things. Like with my boyfriend. We have fought a lot over the 4 years we've been together but now i wonder how much of it was him and how much was really me blowing things out of proportion? Of course, I'm pretty sure I know where it was just me and maybe am just in denial about a lot of it being my fault. I know he has anger problems though, no doubt there his family has said he has had them even before I came around. Any advice or good websites or stuff like that is appreciated. thanks! Well this is a good website! I think there is a thread on good websites. There's more on BPD now, so you can find lots of stuff by googling borderline personality disorder or dbt.

In regards to trazodone. I took it a long time ago. It's an older drug. I don't recall having any problems with it, just didn't work. Some of the older drugs seem to have the possibility of more sexual side effects compared with the newer ones for ie. cymbalta.
