I mean I'm new here and it's so much easier to chat that to leave these messages oh btw my live-in now ex- bf decided that he wants to go back to just being roommates/friends. And of course Im have a mental breakdown and I just decided to finally go to a psychiatrist 3 weeks ago ago and this is definitely not good for me- any advice?

Its always hard breaking up whether you have BPD or not. Is it you with BPD or your bf/ex? It takes a lot of time to get over a break up so I'm sure you are still very sad and miss him. How long were you together and did he tell you why he wanted to break up?
