Sometime I just want to scream, scream so loud and hit and punch... no one in particular.... I hate the rollercoaster of feelings. I hate that I can almost be 99.9% positive that he will try to contact/mess with me in some way to see if he can still get to me. What will happen when I don't react, what will he do... or say.....
I feel like even if I go through all this pain and torture and recover from this that he will still try something....... then what...

Sunken, my darling, could you maintain a single thread rather than start a new one for each new thought? It makes it much easier to follow you.
The rollercoaster royally sucks. You will get through it. Whatever you're feeling right now will pass very soon.

This could almost just go in the relationship part of the forums, 'cause people without personality disorders can give you roller coaster rides too. I'm experiencing it currently.

Hey Sunken, perhaps it was unintentional, but that remark came off extremely sarcastic.
Velouria has been so kind and helpful to you...

'Tis true.
All break-ups are like a rollercoaster. Squeek is right about that!
