Rai,
I was thinking about you today when I was reading this book... i read some of it at the gym.
You know the strongest links in our brain are the ones we use the most... SO use your brain to empower yourself. Think of positive small steps that you are doing in your day to day life to change your BP condition... and reinforce that positively. If we work on changing the way we think we can actually change the way our brain functions...
for instance people who are happy have larger frountal left lobes... people who aren't tend to get those areas shrunk... SO you got to work out your happy centers... challenge yourself to think of happy things for a half an hour a day, just like if you wanted strong legs you would excursises your leg muscles.
