I need some advice!!!!!

Okay, so I have some symptom of borderline personality disorder, which consists of me being extremely scared of being insulted, it depends on the person who does the insulting though and what the insult is. And, last night I was up for hours feeling intense anxiety and sorrow because I was scared the girl I loved may figure out I love her and insult me cuz of it, because she calls people gay as an attempt to insult them. Also, today she and her fiends did this thing where all at the same times, they used the word retarded, as the idiom meaning stupid to insult me, and she and her friends also spreads around lies that I have sex with gorillas. Now, I am feeling intensely anxious and sad to the point where it is a symptom of BPD, that the girl I at times love is going to insult me again. Any advice??

That does not sound BPD at all. It sounds more like social anxiety if anything. Having BPD myself, I will have to warn you that it will be easy for me to take offense to self-diagnosed (especially if wrong) individuals. I am not saying that you don't feel depressed and anxious, but those are not symptoms of BPD.

I am NOT saying I think I have BPD, I was questioning how to deal with a symptom of it. And, being aware of symptoms is important and if I remember correctly I have read from somewhere that fear of being insulted is SOMETIMES o symptom of it. Don't worry, I realize BPD does not just consist of anxiety.

I don't get how it is funny!!! Hmm, can someone tell me if I should still go around that person who I fear may insult me, she does insult me sometimes just being around her though sometimes will make me so excited, happy and blissful!
Oh, and may you tell me why you think my post was funny?

Oh, that's why.

I don't recall reading about anxiety maybe being a symptom of BPD, but maybe I overlooked it. What you describe doesn't sound similar to BPD at all though. Just my opinion. You sound more to have social anxiety. A disorder where you fear that others are judging you and what not. With borderline, it is more that you fear them leaving you more than judging you... I have both, so my experiences are mixed though.

Oh, right, and if what you say is true 'bout her spreading ridiculous lies about you... I'd obviously not want to be around her if I were you.

Sometimes, though, she makes me so happy. Most of the times, she doesn't treat me bad. I think she only treated me bad, cause her friend told her to. I appreciate your advice very much though!
