Definitely see a psychiatrist. Medication can REALLY help that. You also may want to look into Dialectale Behavioral Therapy, which is great for borderlines. Borderline PD is really emotional dysregulation disorder and may be re-named in the DSM soon. There is treatment, help and hope if you are willing to work really hard, like I am
