Hello, new here and I have BPD. I have a question: how do you all recognize and stop self sabotage before it starts or before it can get worse?

once we recognize the triggers we avoid them. i havent really avoided many self sabotage issues except one. whenever i had to speak with a colleauge at office i would rehearse the conversation in my mind a few times n then after ten mins i'd speak with the colleague.

Do you have a Spidey-sense? (I have s Spidey sense). There's usually some signal. The goosebumps, the drop in the stomach, the butterflies in your head. The vague, nagging fear. If you're paying attention you can usually feel it. The only problem then is ponying up and doing what it says. I'm not great at that part either.
