I'm not sure where in Germany you were or you want to go, but here in Düsseldorf for example at one of the mental health clinics they have open groups for stuff, including Skills-Training for BPD.
That might be something to look into so you have something to give you assistance when you get stressed out. In bigger towns in addition of course theres also support-groups, some of which might even be in English if your German is still too basic.
