I don't really know what to say to this. I'm not doing anything about this. It's just something you have to accept.

This is my big issue today! My response to triggers and impulses usually goes as follows:
1) Start to see red or stop breathing
2) Recognize I'm in the throes of a trigger/ impulse
3) Tell myself I will regret giving into it. This has been true almost always without exception.
4) Do it anyway or
5) Repress, stew, simmer, and explode later
Lose-lose situation?
I wish I could find out a way to respond positively to the warning of my conscience and instead of merely repressing, kill that impulse. Someone tell me if this is a DBT skill please because if it is I'd love to learn it.

There is DBT skill that addresses that. Its best learned in a formal setting with an individual and group.

I'm exactly the same and while I've gotten the hang of 'repressing and simmering' until the feeling changes (usually to one of shame/apathy/regular depressed mood) it can randomly change back even on another day and I have to do number 3 again. It's goddamn tiring. :/
