well... it's not unheard of to be more intelligent than your therapist even by a standard deviation or three...they should actually be REQUIRED to disclose their IQs for this purpose, and especially considering what they charge, yours should refund that session lol

I wouldn't go back. Or I would call her out on it. Like ask her plainly if your grandmother's delusions are anything but that. Btw, curious if we are related (your grandma sure sounds like someone in my family). lol
