being alone is like a hell for me. i get trapped with my own thoughts and negativity. i slowly decay into a depressed maniac. it begins with agitation (yelling at dysfunctional objects, increased anxiety, lack of interest in most activities etc) and it descends quite rapidly into full blown panic (punching myself in the head, convincing myself i'm a worthless piece of $#%^, etc..) i can't fathom how one could enjoy being alone. i can only find peace with the girlfriend, or my friends.

I can relate to this, i lost it really bad 2 years ago and did this quite often, though mine was because i was stupid and couldnt see why i behaved a particular way back then, (like a woman possessed) was dam scary to be like that.

I have self awareness now and im working on my reasons, reaction, and hopefully i will be back to a controllable person i have learnt to be...

Being alone is allowing me to work on myself and my issues..i will not have people around me because i don't want to hurt them, net chats "i can end" if im not coping ..face2face i cant

Glad to know I'm not the only one who feels this way. I find that most times, even if I want to be alone, it's probably not in my best interest to be. When I'm alone, I have time to think. When I think, I become dangerous to myself.

And as a mod, I did not see that smiley... Image

I do that then end up crying 4 minutes later over the fact I have a migraine. :)

Being alone has its virtues, as well as vices.

Haha yeah that happens all the time, they typically last upwards of three to four days. It doesn't bother me. Sometimes it's better than nothing

Me. Definitely me.

Any extensive interaction for more than an hour leaves me seriously tired and dizzy. I chalk it up to being very introverted.

I can focus on others, and don't mind, just not for a very long time. Would prefer doing something solitary like watching videos or reading.
what a tangled web we unweave, when we practice to just be

I don't particularly enjoy being alone. I like being LEFT ALONE...when I need it. I enjoy time at home with those who mean the most to me, and the best times are when we DON'T NEED TO TALK. The sad part is other people are probably better off when I am alone. It gets clearer all the time that I have a natural ability to ruin everything in my life.
I accept and enjoy getting private messages.
