Jennz wrote:@eagles DBT helped me cope with alot of stuff maybe it can help you. I dont see things really but I do see lights in the dark. I see strobes around objects and it gets annoying so I have to reset my eyes by looking at a bright light and it will go away. Otherwise it will pulsate around objects and flow like a lava lamp while pulsating. It is cool to look at a bush or tree while its happening bucause of all the leaves and branches create cool outlines. A friend said it sounded like spirit vision or something not sure what it is and never told a doctor either. Maybe I should?
Hello Jennz, what is dbt.

Eagles,
DBT is
Dialectical behavior therapy, a type of
behavioural psychotherapy constructed for those specifically with a BPD diagnosis. you can read more about it
here if you'd like.
Many people with BPD have the option to try DBT. it's been proven to be the most effective (of all therapies) in treating the traits/symptoms that accompany BPD. check it out! :~)

There's no such thing as true good or true evil, its all relative to the observer.
