I posted already on the bipolar and on the grief forum about this...the director of my program at school died today. Bummed.
What I'll say on the borderline forum is that when I move slow as a result of something like this, waking up late, and that this is the "time of month" for me, I beat myself up. Total black and white thinking. I feel like a "failure" for going "too slow." I am trying to walk the middle line/grey by doing what I've got to do today, but at a slow pace. This way I can get things done but not push myself too hard.

Im so sorry to hear your news, grief is hard i know.
And time of the month too so its going to extremely emotional for you
(virtual hug, if you need one)
I hope when your monthly finishes you will feel a little bit more able to cope with your loss of your educator/teacher...
When i lost my good friend from Germany, i lit a candle for him (im not religious) but it did seem to help with the empty feeling of loss.
I hope you feel better soon
