I've only just started reading about these as my partner is looking for something to help with fatigue and the interesting ones I came across are:
L-Theanine (to stimulate dopamine), piracetam/pramiracetam (attention) and L-5HCL (mood), but still have a fair bit of reading to do.
Got a call from my GP on Friday saying it now might be months before the psych sees me (was told in December it would be January, so I was furious!) so thinking about taking some supplements in the meantime.
I'd be interested in hearing people's experiences of nootropics (good and bad) if you've used them in relation to relieving any of your borderline symptoms.

As an updated, I've ordered Aniracetam, CDP Choline and Noopept which should be here within the week. I'll report an update in a few weeks as to whether the Aniracetam has helped with mood and the Noopept with motivation.

I've often wondered about this, but I'm wary of buying stuff over the internet as it could be anything. Also, I question how reliable the information is. I used to work in marketing and know just how flaky a lot of online information is.
Good luck with it though.

Thanks. Yes, Modafinil (and also Adrafinil) was on my shortlist - I think this is prescription only in the US but ok to buy here, yet I only found out the other day that it's legal to buy a personal supply of prescription only drugs online and import them!
I did a bit of research into what people are calling reputable companies on some forums so hopefully quality will be ok, but you're quite right as you quite often can't trust descriptions or even reviews/ratings on anything these days. I'm quite a skeptical person so I'll try and write an objective report if I think it might benefit anyone here one way or another. Noopept is the more risky of the substances as not a huge body of research has been carried out, but I've always been one to dip my toe in unknown waters (to a degree!)
