I'am from German Borderline Webcommunities, we would like to have nice talk and exchange with international BPD people.

You need a IRC client programm to join like kvirc,mozilla-chatzilla plugin (all free opensource softwares).

OP's with IRC experience will be democratic elected as soon as enough users have joined
