To all those who are happy at this time of year, have a merry Christmas!
To those of us who don't handle this time of year as well, stay strong and stay mindful, okay? Keep reminding yourself that you've gotten through all of these years; you can get through one more week. If you need help, get on here - we'll help each other out. No one has to go this alone.
As a wise man was fond of saying, "Remember, I'm pulling for you. We're all in this together."

I really suffer at this time of year. I isolate. Basically hide from those that love me. When its all over I do get a sense of relief. Until the guilt and shame set in. I just discovered this forum and will likely be spending lots of time reading it!

To those who enjoy the festive season, have a great time.
To those who don't, know that you're not alone. Stay safe. It will soon all be over.
