Don't trust your feelings, they ###$ you all around.
Stay away from npd:s, especially mothers with npd
Read a lot of good books, learn as much as you can about everything and nothing
Nature has the answers
Try not to judge

Great thread....

I am not sure if it is my most important insight - but - Letting go of things, feeling, thoughts, fears etc. and accepting that nothing is permanent.
