Yesterday, I spent most of the day working up at the clubhouse and going out for the fitting on my new cut, so a burger, fries and a Coke were about it. Healthy daily intake, huh? Somewhere, my trainer just cringed.
Today, being sloth Sunday, was just bacon, eggs, home fries and chocolate milk for breakfast at the diner. That's more than enough to keep me going through till dinner.
