fever therapy for elevating mood. They've been doing this in scandivian courtries forever. it's u.s counterpart claims that the therapy is based, on "Tummo" meditation. These are the monks that step out into subzero temperatures, and appear to think it's a day at the beach. Their meditation allows them to raise their body temperature by several degrees. I think you might be able to replicate this at your gym. Hot whirlpool etc.

Interesting. Sitting in ~212F hot sauna is very relaxing.
But why do we, the nationality who goes to sauna at least once a week, are at the forefront of major depression statistics.

SAD Syndrome! It's here in Canada too. Weather related, lack of light and Vitamin D.

Exactly. Yet our official recommendations for vitamin D intake are just as careful and conservative as everything else around here :roll:
