Hi thanks so much for all the advice. It really is great to hear how much it has helped all of you. I am still really nervous, I also really feel that in my going to therapy means that there is something totally fundamentally flawed about me. Obviously there is... but it's such a terrible feeling...

You're not totally and fundamentally flawed- there is good in there too. You've just got some poor coping mechanisms that you've developed because of the experiences you've been through.
