no real reason to do it. i haven't had many episodes this week to speak of. i was a little snippy yesterday but i did my best to get over it and i did.
i've also been exercising more since last week. so i am thinking that has helped with my mood fluctuations.
for some reason though i'm feeling something starting to bubble up. and i just want to cry. every little thing moves me and i am ready to cry right now. i'm fighting it though. i'm trying to regulate my emotions manually i guess lol.
it's super hard though.

I'm glad to hear that you are trying to hold it together during this difficult time, I've been doing yoga and meditation to help with the sadness that creeps up on me as well. This morning at work I had to go and just cry in the bathroom, the mood hasn't passed yet but is easing up. I hope you feel better, take care.

Then cry...often i cry before sleeping, helps me release the emotions. Nothing wrong in crying. I just make sure I cry alone
