Hello, I found these videos to be very helpful. Even though I already knew a lot about BPD, it still helped me a LOT to hear human voices (both fellow sufferers and mental health professionals) saying that they understand our pain.
I was in tears, watching these videos (esp #1). I hope you will get something from them.

The gym will never say "no" to you, and neither will a bowl of food.
My mind will always be sick, but who says my body also has to be ?

I wish to thank you for posting these. I am in the process of emailing them various members of my family. It is my aspiration that they may assist in providing them with some insight about my day to day battles. I particularly like the first one, I think it accurately depicts the illness in a way that is easily comprehensible to non-sufferers. Again, thank you kindly.

I've seen that one before. Strangely it's NOTHING like the way my BPD presents. I felt like I couldn't relate to it at all. I guess we all present in different ways, but I thought that was kind of weird. I don't judge normal people as good or bad or fat or slutty. I just fluctuate in how I view people who are important to me based on how I feel they're treating me.
Also thanks for the videos! Nice to have a little motivation. I needed it today.
