Soooo I feel bad posting so many times in a row, but I thought some people would like this.
I just finished my "30 Days of Positive Living" on my blog (where I list: Positive things that happened that day, things I'm grateful for, and mindfulness reminders).
I put together a post of some of the reminders from the "Mindfulness" section of the posts.
I hope some of you like it.

Thank you for posting that list. Wow. It's awesome.

Thank you for posting this!
Ironically I am reading, ""Mindfulness for Borderline Personality Disorder" and needed this reminder (as I am currently at work and can't read my book-but I CAN read the postings in this forum (on the sly!

THank you for sharing this.
I have some similar things, written down. I keep them taped in places where I can look to them easily and quickly when I need a reminder. More than anything else, the one thing I repeat over and over in my mind is "sun comes up". Dark is never forever and there will always be a new day, a clean slate.
