Hi all,
I've realized that a very helpful healing path from any trauma is love. Surrounding yourself with healthy people who have a healthy influence on you, works well.
I think the best thing that helped me with my BPD is finding helpful folks here. It may sound sappy but true love actually helps.
What do you guys think?

I agree with you in some ways.
Being around my friends my symptoms always disappear, I can talk to them about my jealousy sometimes in a jokey way and they'll remind me how silly I am. I'm in love right now and it has its ups and downs but I wouldn't ever give it up.
Figuring out what's wrong with me

Absolutely! And true love is just.....nice...
