I don't wish evil on them, i just don't care. I've read here that forgiveness doesn't mean we'll be best friends though you've bullied me. forgiveness means, moving on and not thinking of that person.

The idea that people should be able to forgive is patently ridiculous. If I was Christian I'd say let Jesus forgive them. That's his job, not mine. If you just want to move on, then call it moving on, not forgiveness. Forgiveness should be for people who you can still respect as fellow human beings, not unlike yourself. There are people in this world who simply don't fall under that category and never will. I wish it wasn't so, but unfortunately it is.
