Gambling

Anyone else have a problem with gambling? I'm really down on cash this month, just put nearly every penny on a game of football at low odds just to make some cash. If it loses, I have no idea what I'll do. Suppose this is what they mean when they say "impulsive behaviour"?

Spending was an unhealthy habit for me. What helped me was acknowledging that its unhealthy. Not bad or evil just unhealthy. Try to replace it with other habits, ones that are healthy for your mind and body.
